WOW! They always say children are expensive. Some say children are only as expensive as you make them. There are always things that you have to buy that aren't normally in your budget, like a car seat, a stroller, a crib, etc. These are things that you need for a child that you don't just have lying around.
For others, it's not only purchasing those things for your child, but it's actually costing you money in order to have children. I sat down one day thinking what $20,000 could buy me...
Tons of clothes from nordstrom!
A deck, living room furniture, bedroom furniture, hardwood floors, blinds.
A college fund for my children.
A new car.
A down pay,net for a new home.
4 vacations!
Then you start thinking about people that have kids that they don't want, or people that have abortions just because, and it breaks your heart to think that there are great people out there that want to start a family, and it's just not as easy as doing the deed!
....I believe whole-heartedly that children are priceless!
It's not going to be easy to do, but in the long run, I'd do it all over again if I had the finances.
