Hope, Faith, Believe

I was at work yesterday assisting a new hire with an enrollment to receive his new badge. As we were taking his fingerprints electronically, and snapping his photograph, we started talking about life. He somehow got on the topic that he was having problems with his marriage, but God doesn't put anything in your path that you can't handle. He said he had two gorgeous kids. I said that's funny, why can't we have our cake and eat it too? I told him I had an amazing husband, and a fabulous marriage, but unfortunately we aren't able to have kids. He pulled a green book from his lap, placed it on the enrollment station desk, and opened it to a specific page. He quoted "Hope is wishing for something to come true, faith is belief that it will come true. Believe that for every problem God gives you, He will also provide you with a solution." It was at that moment that I knew that everything would be alright. Mike and I would have a family somehow, whether it be adoption, donor egg, or naturally. Everything happens for a reason. Life is what you make it, but not always how you plan it. Make lemonade, and go with the flow.
